Saying Good-bye...

As we come to the close of 2007... My family and I would like to say thank You to all of our friends and family who have been there for us this year. We are so grateful for all of your prayers and kind words. And we would like to wish all of you a wonderful and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I can't believe it's come and gone...

Waiting at the top of the stairs for SANTA'S OK is still the hardest part of Christmas Morning... (ha, ha, ha... says Santa!)

Can't believe it but Christmas is over... for another year at least. But my heart is still very full with all the wondrous blessings that we received during this Christmas Holiday. It all came and went so quickly, but we enjoyed it immensely. We shared Christmas Eve with just our Family, the Missionaries and the many thoughts and prayers for our extended Families. And Christmas Day was just as grand. Everyone enjoyed what they received and everybody seemed to have got what they wanted, even Spencer, who never gets around to making a list for Santa. (two reasons really... Can't make up his mind in time and his famous saying "Santa Already Knows What I Want!").

We hope that everyone enjoyed Their Families and Their Holiday as much as we did and we look forward to an awesome New Year!!!!

Dec. Monthly Class Reminders...

This is just a friendly reminder of the Stamping Workshop that will be on Tuesday, Dec. 11th. How many of you will be coming? Also I wanted to let you know that on Thursday, Dec 13th. We will be having our monthly scrapping night. This is the meeting that we usually hold on the Fourth Thursday of the month. But since it conflicts with Christmas Holiday this month we moved it up to the 13th. Anyway, some of the ladies will be finishing their Christmas Cards. Some will be making and working on their Scrapbooks and THEN... there has been a special request for me to show some how to make the Paper Christmas Trees. See picture and file attached... So if you guys are interested and would like to combine cards and tree, we can do them all on the 13th. Either way works for me.

Christmas is around the Corner!

Well it's the 1st of December and Christmas is around the Corner. I love this time of year. The warm fire, the smell of pine trees in the crisp winter air, the sparkle in children's eyes and all the wonderful bright colors of glad tiding and Christmas cheer. I have a tendency to take a step back and relax and enjoy all the world around me. And so often I try to capture and collect all of those thoughts and feelings and add them to the cards that I make to share with my family and friends. I hope you all do the same. Within the next few days I will be posting some of the cards that I have chosen as my favorites for this year. I hope no one minds... If you do just let me know!
